The Ticket Office is open weekdays from 10:00 to 18:30.
The box office opens one hour prior to the start of the concerts and remains open during intermission.

 

 

 

The Philharmonie’s subscription series
As a subscriber, you are sure not to miss any of your favourite concerts, you get a choice from the best seats available, and you benefit from a 10% discount in comparision with the single ticket price in free sale (except for OPL subscriptions). Furthermore, if you decide to renew your subscription, your seats will be reserved for you in subsequent seasons.

In case of hindrance, concert tickets can be turned in to the Philharmonie’s Box Office during its opening hours for sale on commission; tickets must be handed over at the latest 24 hours prior to the start of the event. If we manage to resell the seat, you will receive a coupon for the equivalent of the ticket value, minus a 5 € handling fee. This coupon is valid for a period of one year and can be exchanged for tickets to all events organised by and taking place at the Philharmonie. In the event of a concert cancellation without substitution, tickets will be refunded. Reselling tickets is prohibited.

 

Subscription renewals
Renew your subscriptions now until 3rd May 2011 by filling out the » order form and sending it to our Ticket Office, either by post or by fax: (+352) 26 32 26 33 The seats that you are holding for your respective subscription series of the current season (except for option concerts) will be held in your name until 3rd May 2011 should you wish to renew your subscription. After this date they will be allocated to the next purchaser.

Your new subscription orders will be processed in chronological order of receipt as soon as all subscription renewals have been dealt with. We will respond to the requests in due course.

 

Reduction (< 27 years)
Upon presentation of a valid identity card, persons who are under the age of 27 on 30th June 2012 receive a 40% discount off individual ticket sale prices. For written orders please enclose a photocopy of the document, showing the date of birth. Please hold a valid ID with your ticket at the hall entrance.

 

Single ticket sale at the Philharmonie
In our publications, indicates the start of single ticket sales (always beginning at 10:00). Precise dates are published on our Website and in the monthly programme.

The sale of individual tickets for subscription concerts generally begins one month prior to the announced concert date (exceptions: if that date falls on a weekend, holiday or during a school holiday, the start date of ticket sales is modified).

For all «Concerts exceptionnels», «Luxembourg Festival» events as well as for «Chill at the Phil», «On the Border», «1.2..3… musique» and «Musek erzielt», single ticket sale starts on 7th July 2011. Ticket sale for the festival «rainy days» starts on 20th October 2011.

  • Reservation request for most concerts (the Philharmonie may ask you to pay immediately for some particular events / all reservations still unpaid for five days prior to the concert will be cancelled)
  • Purchased tickets can be sent to your address by post, subject to a fee of 2 €

Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. In the event of a performance cancellation without substitution, tickets can only be refunded to the original purchaser. Handling/postage fees will not be refunded. Reselling tickets is prohibited.

Offer a world of music as a gift
Offer prodigious concerts as a gift to friends or family. Take advantage of the individual service and expertise of our Ticket Office staff who will help you choose the right event.

Or leave the choice to the recipient by giving them a gift voucher that is available for any amount and allows you to include your personal wishes. The gift voucher is valid one year for all events organised by and taking place at the Philharmonie.

Backstage
Many concerts are accompanied by supporting programmes. The introductions, encounters and discussions with composers, musicians, authors and musicologists in the «Backstage» series enable you to go beyond the regular concert experience. All «Backstage» programmes are free of charge. Details are published on our » Website and in the monthly- and evening programmes.

 

Evening programmes
For many concerts, evening programmes are available free of charge one hour before the beginning of the event. The majority of the Philharmonie’s evening programmes can also be found in PDF format on the » website prior to every concert.

 

Monthly programmes
If you wish to receive our detailed monthly programme free of charge, please fill out the form entitled » Newsletter on our website. You can also download it in PDF » here. Alternatively, just give our Ticket Office a call or visit us to pick up your copy of the programme.

 

Read, listen and watch – online
At www.philharmonie.lu, you will find up to date information about all events and concerts taking place at the Philharmonie. Audio and/or video excerpts are available online for most of the concerts organised by the Philharmonie.
