Charles Lloyd, a true free spirit in the field of jazz which he has been roaming for more than 60 years with curiosity and profound humanity, has recently dedicated himself to exploring musicmaking as a trio, mainly with Bill Frisell and Julian Lage. Together with pianist Gerald Clayton and guitarist Marvin Sewell, he returns to the Philharmonie to present further insights gleaned from this work. His spiritual search for sound and his life between light and darkness are illuminated in the film Love Longing Loss, which will be screened at 18:00 at the Espace Découverte.
