When Pierre Cao turns to the audience, inviting them to raise their voices and join in for an international selection of Christmas carols, the transformation is complete: traditionally, the Grand Auditorium becomes one huge Christmas salon when the Orchestre Philharmonique du Luxembourg gives its «Chrëschtconcert» on 22.12., offering musical gifts for all the family. For a programme which also features festive concert music, beyond the audience the conductor can count on the trained voices of the singers of the Choeur de Chambre du Conservatoire de la Ville de Luxembourg, Chanteurs du choeur de l’INECC Luxembourg and the Pueri Cantores du Conservatoire de la Ville de Luxembourg.
