Listening to Imany for the first time, one is mesmerized by the depth and warmth of this voice. Her trademark timbre has long become the foundation of an outstanding international career. On September 25, the singer appears at the Philharmonie Luxembourg for the first time – in her programme «Voodoo cello». Together with eight cellists, the choreographer Thierry Thieu Niang and the designer Olivier Rousteing, she has assembled a haunting selection of pop songs – in renditions that are as powerful as they are sensitive.
