Making music with others is a unique experience for everyone – a spark that is always particularly apt to ignite when students from Luxembourg’s conservatories play a concert alongside members of the Orchestre Philharmonique du Luxembourg. «Side by Side» is the title of the series, and on April 2, professionals and near-professionals embark together upon an unforgettable journey to America at the Grand Auditorium. Under the expert guidance of Carlo Jans, they set sail guided by especially groovy scores by Leonard Bernstein, George Gershwin and Aaron Copland: works as legendary as they are always good for surprises.
