When can I buy a Music Box?

The Music Boxes are on sale from 21.11.2024 as long as stocks last.

How can I buy a Music Box?

You have several ways to do so:
- Online: you’re in the right place! Choose the Music Box you want, and click on «Book». We will then send it to you by post (3 € postage charge).
- By phone: call (+352) 26 32 26 32 Mondays to Fridays from 10:00 to 18:30, and the Billetterie team will guide you. We will then send the Music Box to you by post (3 € postage charge).
- By visiting us at the Philharmonie: come see the Billetterie team, Mondays to Fridays from 10:00 to 18:30, and go back home with your Music Box!

The Box Office («Information & Billetterie») will be closed from 24.12.2024 to 01.01.2025 inclusive. It will exceptionally be open from 10:00 to 16:00 on 23.12.2024, 02. & 03.01.2025. We will be back to our usual opening hours from 04.01.2025.

I want to give a Music Box as a Christmas present, until when can I order it to make sure it arrives on time?

Book your Music Box before 20.12 to make sure you can put it under the tree.

I can't come to one of my Music Box' concerts, can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?

No, if you are unable to attend a concert you have booked, we regret to inform you that we cannot take back your tickets or exchange them for tickets for another concert.

Is there any special discount?

Yes! Concert-goers aged 30 and under are entitled to a 40% discount.
