The Box Office («Information & Billetterie») is open Monday to Friday (workdays) from 10:00 to 16:00.
Generally speaking the Box Office opens one hour prior to the start of the concerts. For children’s concerts, the Box Office opens 30 minutes prior to the event.

  • Remboursement de tickets achetés en vente libre

    Si vous avez acheté vos billets en vente libre sur notre site internet ou directement auprès de notre Information & Billetterie pour des concerts organisés par la Philharmonie, le remboursement prendra la forme d’un bon d’achat d’un montant correspondant à la valeur du/des billet(s) acheté(s) en vente libre. Si vous possédez des billets pour plusieurs événements annulés, vous recevrez un Email ou un courrier comprenant un bon d’achat pour chaque concert concerné.

    Le bon est valable jusqu’au 30.06.2021 pour l’achat de billets ou d’abonnements pour tous les évènements organisés par la Philharmonie.

    Vous avez bien sûr également le droit de demander le remboursement intégral du prix de vos billets. Pour cela, nous vous demandons de bien vouloir télécharger et compléter le formulaire que vous recevrez par Email ou courrier et de nous le faire parvenir accompagné du bon d’achat concerné avant le 31.07.2020 à l’adresse remboursement@philharmonie.lu ou à notre adresse postale. Le bon d’achat perdra alors sa validité. Nous vous remercions par avance pour votre patience car les remboursements, par virement bancaire notamment, peuvent prendre plusieurs semaines.

  • Remboursement de tickets achetés en abonnement

    Si vous avez acheté vos billets dans le cadre d’un abonnement, le montant de vos tickets sera automatiquement crédité sur votre compte client et pourra être utilisé pour l’achat d’abonnements ou de tickets en vente libre en contactant notre Information & Billetterie.

    Vous avez bien sûr également la possibilité de demander le remboursement intégral du prix de vos billets. How to subscribe

As a subscriber, you can be sure not to miss any of your favourite concerts, you get a choice from the best seats available, and you benefit from a 10% discount in comparison with the single ticket price in free sales. Furthermore, you are sure to be able to renew your subscription should you wish to do so.

 

Subscriptions 2020/21

Concert life in Luxembourg will resume in the coming season, returning to the intensity and diversity you are accustomed to. The Philharmonie Luxembourg is well-prepared for this return, and we are delighted to present the programme we have planned for the 2020/21 season.

Given the current situation, unfortunately we can neither guarantee the framework within which events will be permissible and in which orchestras will be allowed to perform, nor foresee which travel restrictions may affect the movement of international artists and orchestras. As a result, it is possible that individual events may have to be cancelled, or that the maximum seating capacity of our performance venues will be limited.

We therefore kindly ask for your understanding that we must make an exception to our regular operations: for once, subscriptions are not available yet. We believe that the coming weeks will bring further clarity, and that at the end of August we will be able to inform you about the definitive programme, and possibly a modified selection of subscription series.

The entire team of the Philharmonie looks forward to welcoming you back to the Philharmonie as soon as possible, and we hope that perusing the season programme will bring you joy and raise anticipation, even if bookings still have to wait.

  • When start the 2020/21 subscriptions sales?

    We believe that the coming weeks will bring further clarity, and that at the end of August we will be able to inform you about the definitive programme, and possibly a modified selection of subscription series.

  • Can I use the subscriptions forms at the end of the brochure ?

    Given the current situation, unfortunately we can neither guarantee the framework within which events will be permissible and in which orchestras will be allowed to perform, nor foresee which travel restrictions may affect the movement of international artists and orchestras. As a result, it is possible that individual events may have to be cancelled, or that the maximum seating capacity of our performance venues will be limited. We therefore kindly ask  for your understanding that we must make an exception to our regular operations: for once, subscriptions are not available yet.

    For this reason, we would be most grateful if you did not return the subscription forms at the end of the
    brochure. They cannot be used anymore and we will send to you up-to-date subscriptions forms at the end of August.

  • As a 2019/20 subscriber, how should I proceed to renew my subscriptions for the new season?

    As subscribers to the 2019/20 season, your purchase requests for tickets and subscriptions for the new season will have priority.

Single ticket sale at the Philharmonie

The sales of individual tickets for subscription concerts generally begin two months prior to the announced concert date. Exceptions: if that date falls on a weekend, holiday or during a school holiday, the start date of ticket sales is modified. «atlântico» festival ticket sales start on 18.08.2020. «rainy days» festival ticket sales start on 21.09.2020.

Precise dates are published on our Website and in the monthly programme. Sales always start at 10:00.

    • Individual service (concerning programme and seating)
    • Payment by credit card, debit card/VPAY or cash
    • The Philharmonie may ask you to pay immediately when booking particular events. All reservations still due five days prior to the concert will be cancelled.
    • Purchased tickets can be sent to your address by post, subject to a fee of 3 €.

    Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. Tickets will not be refunded even in the event of a change in the programme or line-up. In the event of a performance cancellation without substitution, tickets can only be refunded to the original purchaser. Handling/postage fees will not be refunded. Reselling tickets is prohibited.

  • Reduction (< 27)

    Upon presentation of a valid identity card, persons who are under the age of 27 receive a 40% discount off individual ticket sale prices. For written orders please enclose a photocopy of the document, showing the date of birth. Please hold a valid ID with your ticket at the hall entrance.

  • Gift vouchers

    Leave the choice of the concert to the recipients by giving them a gift voucher. Vouchers are available for any amount and allow you to include your personal wishes. The gift voucher is valid for one year for all events organised by and taking place at the Philharmonie.
