Der 2004 geborene Pianist Yohav Levanon stammt aus Israel.

In seinem Klavierabend wird er all jene eines Besseren belehren, die beim Hören des Wortes «Etüde» an eine langweilige Fingerübung denken. Chopin und Liszt haben in diesem Genre gleichermaßen das Virtuose auf bestrickende Weise mit dem Poetischen und dem Expressiven zu verbinden vermocht.
