Cecilia Bartoli returns to the Philharmonie to enchant not just Cerberus and the gateway to the underworld, but the Philharmonie audience as well, with this concert version of Christoph Willibald Gluck’s Orfeo ed Euridice. For this harrowing Gluckian quest, the mezzo-soprano will be accompanied by her faithful Musiciens du Prince-Monaco, as well as Il Canto di Orfeo, a choir whose name is absolutely spot-on. Impossible not to fall for such a plethora of charming performers!
