They already embarked upon a tournament in 2016 – in the unusual setting of a seaside tennis court in Royan. On 03.12., the pianist and improviser Jean-François Zygel once again challenges the jazz performer Andy Emler to a musical duel for his first «Sunday» of this season. It won’t take place in the morning mist of dawn, but in bright daylight, at 16:00 at the Salle de Musique de Chambre. During this battle of improvisation, anything goes, so watch out for tricks and subterfuges – only in a musical sense, of course! The only admissible «weapons» are the 176 keys on two grand pianos.
