Meet our Music Director

Martin Rajna, one of the most talented conductors of his generation, stepped into the role of Music Director of the Luxembourg Philharmonic in October 2026.

The musicians of the Luxembourg Philharmonic in formal attire sit in the SMC wearing 3D glasses, some holding popcorn, and musical instruments.

Meet the musicians

Wonder how an orchestra works? What the difference between a banjo and a piccolo is? Who the Luxembourg Philharmonic's 99 musicians are? Explore their biographies and instruments here.
