Jeff Mills isback at the Philharmonie, several years after his performance with the late Tony Allen. The pioneer from Detroit, the capital of techno, has established groove as a state of mind. An icon of the 20th century, this time he joins up with the tabla player Prabhu Edouard, inventing music for the 21st century.
