Training for teachers on a participatory singing project
This training course for teachers focuses on singing in primary schools and provides a comprehensive introduction to such key aspects as posture, breathing and expression in the creation of songs. The emphasis is on songs from the Lëtz sang! project, which can be used both for singing in the classroom and in preparation for the concert at the Philharmonie. There will also be accompanying workshops in the schools. The January session is the first of two complementary parts. The second part, in February, will provide not only an opportunity to go into greater depth on the topics already covered, but also to lend support and share first hand experience of singing with children in a school setting.
