Blending fado with contemporary composition,

the Maat Saxophone Quartet brings to life a dynamic Portuguese identity. Winners of the Prémio Jovens Músicos and named ECHO Rising Stars for the 2025/26 season, the ensemble will be presenting, as part of the pre-opening of the festival atlântico, a programme that retraces the musical landscape of the Portuguese-speaking world.
