Founded in 2022, the Philharmonie’s civic orchestra brings together amateur musicians of all ages and backgrounds with a shared goal: opening hearts and minds to the joy of music. Since its inception, this community of passionate musicians has already moved audiences many times in several venues across Luxembourg.
