A Musical Whodunit

The famous painter Pablo Pinceau has created a new masterwork: the portrait of a mysterious stranger. Everyone who is anyone has come to the opening ceremony of his exhibition. But suddenly, the lights go out. When they come back on, the painting has vanished, a window is broken and the painter lies on the floor unconscious. Fortunately, a detective is among the guests, and he immediately starts investigating. He cordons off the crime scene, takes fingerprints and most importantly, stops anyone from leaving the room, for it soon becomes clear that the criminal pulling all the strings must be among those present. Was it the gallery owner? The waitress? Could it even have been the painter himself, perhaps? Even the detective might have a motive…
