A poet of simplicity accompanied by an almost celestial harp,

Walid Ben Selim sings the works of the great Sufi writers and the eminent Palestinian author Mahmoud Darwish. It is from Darwish that he has borrowed the title of his project, celebrating in a spirit tinged with mysticism a body of writings whose humanism finds a deep resonance here.
