A free, outdoor show where classical music meets picnic?
Hard to resist! Especially since Gustavo Gimeno has invited Joyce DiDonato and Chelsea Zurflüh to join him and the orchestra on stage - two golden voices to mark his final performance as the Luxembourg Philharmonic’s music director. The programme of this special evening entails a selection of arias ranging from The Marriage of Figaro to My Fair Lady, from beloved hits to lesser-known melodies. So, whether you’re a die-hard opera fan or simply curious, expect a performance full of sparkles and surprises at the Kinnekswiss!

Viva Opera | Summerconcert op der Kinnekswiss 2024
What a magnificent night at the Luxembourg Philharmonic’s open-air concert on 06.07.2024! The crowd got to share picnic blankets, snacks, drinks, and spectacular opera music with their loved ones, and the Kinnekswiss was brimming with joy and energy thanks to the orchestra, Gustavo Gimeno, Rolando Villazón, and Emily Pogorelc. A great way to end the season on a high note!
