III. Scherzo

Last concert for the Academy’s class of 2023-2025!

After two years of intensive training, the young talents of the Luxembourg Philharmonic Academy show you the fruit of their hard work in a concert whose programme will include a new work composed especially for them, along with all-time favourites like Samuel Barber’s Adagio for Strings. After bringing an Italian sunset to life with Ottorino Respighi’s music, they will all come together in Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy’s Octet. A beautiful conclusion to two years filled with new experiences, learnings and friendship.
