A cultural fusion of Swiss regionalism and Russian folk tales,
Igor Stravinsky’s The Soldier’s Tale is a fable with a tragic ending «to be read, played and danced». Staged at the Philharmonie first in its German translation and then in its original French version, it will feature puppet characters and sets created by the visual artist Georg Baselitz, thereby recalling the original concept of a (musical) theatre piece performed on a makeshift stage.Tickets
