Every cloud has a silver lining.

Throughout the global lockdowns of 2020, many musicians were unable to practise their art. Yet it was precisely from this situation that La Musikfest originated: the first 100% digital French music festival, it enabled artists to reconnect with their audiences. Led by its artistic directors, violinist Liya Petrova and pianist Alexandre Kantorow, the musicians have since returned to live performances and invite you to join them as they travel through time, offering you a glimpse into the past three centuries of classical music, from charming Baroque sonatas to indulgent Romantic chamber music.
