Subscriptions are finally back! After doing without for an entire season, it is our great pleasure to present our new range of subscriptions to you. The promising development of the coronavirus situation gives us hope that we may return to normality when the new season begins.

COVID-19: Information regarding our concerts
Here you will find information on the updated programme, ticket sales as well as the hygiene and distancing rules which apply to your visit to the Philharmonie, as well as other practical tips.
As a 2019/20 subscriber, how should I proceed to book tickets for the new season?
Season 2021/22: We do hope to resume our subscription series, offering you your customary concert series and familiar seating. We are planning to send you the corresponding brochures and forms by the end of June 2021. As subscribers of the 2019/20 season, you will of course continue to receive preferential treatment when ordering subscriptions for the 2021/22 season.
Season 2020/21: As a 2019/20 subscriber, we nevertheless guarantee:
• a priority access to free sales one week before the official start of sales.
• to keep your 2019/20 subscription seats in the context of our next subscriptions.
You will be able to book tickets in free sales for the concerts in September and October 2020 as follow:
• On the internet, a link will be communicated to you shortly before the start of sales.

This list will be updated regularly.
The sales of individual tickets for subscription concerts generally begin two months prior to the announced concert date. Exceptions: if that date falls on a weekend, holiday or during a school holiday, the start date of ticket sales is modified.
Precise dates are published on our Website and in the monthly programme. Sales always start at 10:00.

We have taken a number of measures to enable you to enjoy your visit to the Philharmonie safely and without concern. This, however, also means that the Ticket Office at the Philharmonie will remain closed to the public for the time being, and you can contact them by phone: (+352) 26 32 26 32.
At the Philharmonie’s Box Office
• Individual service (concerning programme and seating)
• Payment by credit card, debit card/VPAY or cash
• The Philharmonie may ask you to pay immediately when booking particular events. All reservations still due five days prior to the concert will be cancelled.
• Purchased tickets can be sent to your address by post, subject to a fee of 3 €.
Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. Tickets will not be refunded even in the event of a change in the programme or line-up. In the event of a performance cancellation without substitution, tickets can only be refunded to the original purchaser. Handling/postage fees will not be refunded. Reselling tickets is prohibited.
Reduction (< 27)
Upon presentation of a valid identity card, persons who are under the age of 27 receive a 40% discount off individual ticket sale prices. For written orders please enclose a photocopy of the document, showing the date of birth. Please hold a valid ID with your ticket at the hall entrance.
Leave the choice of the concert to the recipients by giving them a gift voucher. Vouchers are available for any amount and allow you to include your personal wishes. The gift voucher is valid for one year for all events organised by and taking place at the Philharmonie.

Refunds for single tickets
If you bought your ticket(s) directly from our website or our box office, you will receive a voucher in the value of the ticket(s) purchased. If you purchased tickets for several events during the period which had to be cancelled, you will receive a separate message for each concert.
You can redeem the voucher until 31.12.2021 when purchasing tickets for all concerts and subscription series of the Philharmonie.
Of course, alternatively you also have the right to receive a full refund for the cost of the tickets. In order to claim your refund, please fill out the form we will email or mail to you and submit it together with the voucher you have received by January 31, 2021, either by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by sending it to our mailing address. The voucher thereby loses its validity. We kindly ask for your understanding for the fact that refunds, especially those by wire transfers, may take longer to process.
Gift Vouchers Valid until December 31, 2021
Due to the current situation, we are extending the validity of all gift vouchers issued in response to concert cancellations due to Covid-19 since March 2020; they are now valid through December 31, 2021.
Refunds for tickets purchased as part of a subscription
For tickets purchased as part of a subscription, your customer account will receive a credit. This credit may be used for future purchases of tickets and subscriptions by simply contacting our information centre & box office.
Of course, alternatively you also have the right to receive a full refund for the cost of the tickets. If you would like to receive such a refund, please download this form, fill it out and email it to email@example.com before July 31, 2020. We kindly ask for your understanding for the fact that refunds, especially those by wire transfers, may take several weeks to process.
